A warm-up generally consists of taking 4 consecutive shots of liquor.Preferably Jägermeister.A gradual increase in intensity in physical activity (pulse raiser), a drinking mobility exercise, stretching and a drunk related activity. History: The "warm-up"was originally introduced in early 21century, in Fresno, CA. As a group of friends decided to take 4 consecutive shots to feel the effects of alcohol as soon as possible.
